We all make mistakes and sometimes those mistakes can have consequences. Our guide to crime is by no means definitive but is there so that you at least have some knowledge of procedure and your rights should you ever find yourself in trouble.

Obviously if you do end up involved with the police or the Courts you shouldn’t be turning to the internet for help and we hope you’re sensible enough not to reading this while waiting to be called to the dock. We can’t stress this enough but  get proper legal advice straight away.
